Returns
SimpleTides has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. This includes weekends and holidays.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at shopsimpletides@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of your request.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of shipping from your original purchase is non-refundable.
Holiday Returns:
During the holiday season, the return period may be extended, and returns may be offered as store credit instead of a refund.
Cancellations
If your order is still processing, it can be canceled. Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; please follow our return policy instead.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, contact shopsimpletides@gmail.com immediately. We will evaluate the issue and determine if a replacement can be issued. SimpleTides is not responsible for damage that occurs after 24 hours of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Personalized or custom orders
Final sale items or gift cards
Some products may vary slightly from photos due to natural differences in materials. Every piece is unique, and we do our best to match the photo.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at shopsimpletides@gmail.com. We will initiate the return first, then you can purchase the replacement item you want.
Refunds
Refunds for items purchased with a discount code will be for the final purchase price, not the original full price.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
